In sessions, I remain focused and respectful to your needs. Apart from counselling, I have over 13 years of experience in human resource advisory works and coaching. As such, I understand employment dynamics and can work with clients who require guidance in career transitions and change. With a deep-seated passion for maternal health, I also contribute as a Mental Health Practitioner at a virtual fertility clinic, helping women overcome various maternal wellbeing concerns.
I draw concepts from my academic and professional trainings in CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and ICF-certified life coaching courses.
