I am passionate about working with clients who are experiencing the emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties that come from processing their intersecting identities, sense of self, and relational contexts. My specialties are depression, grief, and trauma (e.g., relational abuse or religious abuse) that can stem from those complex dynamics.

I hope to co-create a non-judgmental space where all parts of you feel seen, known, celebrated, mourned with, held with compassion and respect, and safe enough as we courageously engage new perspectives, emotions, interpretations, and interventions to help you feel more integrated, at peace, and at home in your body and social environments.

I care about the relationship between the client and therapist and view it as deeply and inherently sacred. I believe that healing can come by working through painful relational experiences and triggers within the therapeutic relationship. I desire feedback—that may, at times, be hard to give—so that we can continue to enhance and shape our work together.
