As a Therapist, I endeavour to empower clients as they navigate rough times and life transitions to achieve personal growth. I believe in the importance of caring for one’s mental and emotional health and that every individual has the potential to overcome stormy periods in their life.

I am a certified grief therapist accredited by Portland Institute for Loss and Transition, certified Choice Theory Reality Therapy practitioner accredited by William Glasser Institute Singapore. I provide psychotherapy and counselling by integrating attachment theory with different therapeutic modalities to cater to the different needs of every unique client

As a counsellor, I will form a secure base to help her clients overcome the challenges they face and build the resilience to pursue their dreams and goals while respecting their pace and comfort level. My counselling experiences cover individuals of all ages, able to support various issues (mental health, relationship, grief and loss, PTSD, parenting etc.)
