Clients come to my practice with a basic need to resolve inner conflicts, mood swings and anxiety. Most of my clients are high-functioning adults who simply want support in finding answers. More individuals come for weekly or bi-monthly therapy sessions to learn mindfulness skills and attain self-awareness. In the process they become increasingly able to form stable relationships at home and at work. Clients who come to the practice are assured of being offered a secure space which is confidentiality compliant. They do find answers. They see change.
I'm a certified Gestalt therapist. You can expect to be interested and motivated. As the therapy progresses, art, music, dreamwork and body work may be part of the therapy sessions. These help sharpen awareness. My work centers around your therapy goals, and your search for answers to often difficult questions. The changes felt are gradual and permanent.
Contact me for making appointments. For Q@A, I offer 20 min extra time at the first appointment. Ultimately, your feeling of security with me and my work is important. Working adults can come for sessions in the evenings and weekends.
