Unfortunately, you are correct. There is a lot of discrimination towards those with ASD. The school system is one of the largest entities that help discriminate against those with ASD. Mostly, this is to save money and also because they are not well-educated in how to help. Things are getting better but it is slow. Thanks for your comment. I also think it will get better for those that actually have ASD and not just their parents.
