I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy which can help to rewire the brain. If we change how your brain is processing information we can see a positive shift in behavior. I have helped people work through a multitude of different life struggles including depression, addiction, trauma, stress and anxiety to name a few.
