Transformative Marriage/Relationship program that incorporates online learning, group sessions, 1:1 sessions, and interactive online community. This program is an deep dive into the challenges facing your relationship, but relies heavily on tried, tested, and proven strategies to move you toward transformation. This is an 7 week program where you will heal with horses. You will learn strategies to move through your trauma and grief and better manage your anxiety, trauma, grief and stress alongside your horse-partner. This program is co-facilitated by Jules Rain Forth and myself. Jules is an Equine Specialist and is a Certified Equine Wellness facilitator and I am a Certified Clinical Counsellor/Psychotherapist. Together we bring the fruit of our education.

THIS IS NOT A THERAPY GROUP - Learn mindfulness, meditation, and yoga skills for trauma, anxiety, stress, and depression. We connect with our body, our mind, our environment, and learn to calm our racing thoughts, connect with ourselves, improve peace and tranquility in our everyday lives. This group runs on both Fridays and Saturdays. Each session is stand-alone so come when you can and don't when you can't.
