I aim to help you cultivate an inner sense of support, assist in building your intuitive knowing, and support you in finding more balance/ease. I have training in Holistic, Somatic Psychotherapy and adapt my approach to your specific needs throughout the therapeutic process. I will work at your pace as you take each step towards the life you wish to lead.
