Life is challenging. My style is to meet you where you are in life, walk beside you, & equip you with the tools you will need to overcome those challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. You & I will work together to figure out the best way for you to achieve your goals. I have endured my share of challenges in life. I will provide you with a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space to de-stress, process trauma, or whatever else you need to optimize your mental health and life satisfaction. I have worked in mental health for several years & have experience working with children, teens, and adults dealing with a variety of mental health difficulties. I consider it an honor to work with each client that comes into my office.
While each person’s trauma experience is unique to them, the long-term effects of that trauma can be debilitating and detrimental if not treated appropriately. Whether your trauma occurred in childhood, 10 years ago, or 10 days ago, it needs to be given the chance to heal. I would love to help you experience that healing.
