My goal is to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, cared for, and understood. Processing your experiences in therapy helps to deepen self-awareness, and can positively impact your mood, functioning, and interpersonal relationships. The therapeutic process can be both challenging and rewarding, so the ideal client is one who is up to the challenge.

I provide therapy to individuals and families dealing with trauma, relationship issues, questions of identity, and mood disorders. I also enjoy working with issues around adoption, parenting, and non-traditional families and relationships. I'm passionate about holistic healing, and often find it helpful to incorporate somatic techniques including EMDR.

My approach is authentic and collaborative. I am sex/body positive and experienced in working with marginalized groups including LGBTQ+ and racial/cultural minorities.
