My approach to working with you, embraces a collaborative, fluid and integrative perspective that is rooted in empowerment, humanistic and person-centred values. I offer a holistic therapeutic approach to support you to develop and maintain good health and well-being psychologically, emotionally, physically, and energetically. You may be looking to make life changes, develop healthier relationships or heal from life experiences. I consider that every person is unique, as is their, needs, goals and lived experience.
Our past or present experiences can impact on the way in which we handle things in life. Sometimes our troubles, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours can overwhelm, exhaust, and consume us. We would work collaboratively to develop your self-awareness and build resilience which in turn can lead to the ability to make the identified life changes that you desire.
I can provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and any life difficulties. I will support you to get to know yourself as you really are, so you can show up fully and live your life authentically. You will be supported to find your own answers and make any changes you feel necessary to your inner and outer world.
