I provide individual, couple and family counselling for adults (18+), and families in the Saint John and surrounding area that is safe, respectful, empathetic and collaborative. I have practiced in various fields including child welfare, child & youth services, addictions and mental health services, crisis intervention and community outreach. I have experience working with adults dealing with addiction, relationship or family issues, blended families, parents who are struggling, trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, survivors of sexual abuse, ADHD/ASD, grief/loss, self-esteem, stress, communication and boundaries.

Are you a business owner, supervisor, HR representative, teacher, coach, manager etc and are looking to learn how to better support your team or employees with their own mental health challenges, or to better understand how to recognize when someone is struggling? I'd love to consult with you and help you better support your team.
