I provided in office or on-line individual sessions assisting with exploring and processing all areas of your life that have left you unsettled and or dealing with emotions that may be interfering in your day to day. It is my goal to help you learn how to improve your quality of life and feel comfortable in your space.
Over the past 10 years I have assisted individuals develop coping skills to manage their symptoms. I believe it is important to meet individuals where they are at and utilize therapeutic interventions from the following areas; cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical- skills based- behavioral therapy, strengths based approach, and motivational interviewing.
