With 20+ years experience as a therapist and a coach, it is my honor to work with clients who are interested in untangling the knots in their lives and being happier and more fulfilled. Stress relief, anxiety reduction, perinatal/postpartum healing and helping parents/families/couples to better their relationships are my wheelhouse. Wiith couples I specifically work to reduce toxic communication and productive problem solving to enhance their intimacy and relationship happiness. All my sessions are telehealth (online or phone) so you can get the help you need from the comfort of your own setting.

I tailor treatment tools specifically for each client based on a variety of research supported therapeutic paradigms, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman techniques and Solution-Oriented Therapy.

Couples Intensive Weekend Workshop

This is an intensive eight hour weekend workshop for couples who wish to improve their communication/conflict resolution, intimacy, friendship and understanding of one another. Due to the sensitive nature of the content discussed, this relationship workshop is conducted with one couple at a time. Couples may opt to stay at a hotel adjacent to my office and within walking distance of the UTC shopping center where there are many fine dining and shopping options. The workshop is tailored specifically for the relationship goals of each couple. I can also travel to your home to conduct the workshop, if you do not wish to travel.
