Hello there! I am passionate about joining those on a journey to better relationships, emotional health, clear thinking, and living a fulfilled life. I enjoy working with those who are motivated to change because I believe that people have the ability to grow and flourish into who they want to be. Past relational and emotional pain often cripples thinking, relationships and ourselves which can leave us in an unhealthy and negative way we view the world. Through compassionate exploration of self and relationship to others to heal hurts, it can be well.
I am passionate about working with couples who struggle with communication, those with past trauma, and individuals with anxiety and fears about modern dating and social relationships. I also enjoy working with Christian women and can provide a faith-based approach to counseling.
Some additional things that make my practice unique are: I am Romanian and able to provide therapy in the Romanian language, I am skilled in addressing Eastern European-American acculturation concerns. I operate from a holistic approach, integrating health and nutrition when appropriate.
