Be Well is an 8 week online program providing individualized workouts, self improvement modules, accountability coaching sessions and emotional support to those who are looking to make lasting change and improve their overall well-being. This program is especially for those who have habits or mental health issues that stunt their progress including emotional eating, stress, problem drinking, addiction, depression, etc. If you have tried multiple gyms and trainers, multiple diets (Keto, intermittent fasting, Whole30, etc), and have desired more support outside of traditional therapy sessions, this program is for you!
