Though we experience a variety of emotional concerns on a daily basis, it is not always easy to name, express them, or even know what to do with them. I am here to help with that. As your therapist, it is my goal to help you improve not only your relationship with your emotions, but also your relationship with yourself, others, and your life. It is my passion to help you set and achieve goals that will cultivate a life that you want to live. I work as a team with my clients to determine the most effective steps for meeting those goals.
I serve individual clients ages 18 and up and strive to understand the unique experiences of each client. I utilize an integrative treatment approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
