As a child/adolescent specialist, I engage youth with humor & play therapy. I have extensive professional experience as a high school teacher and school adjustment counselor working with children/adolescents in public school, alternative school and residential settings. I support adults with DBT skills and exposure therapy in a safe environment.
Specialized training in graduate school and beyond includes Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), ExRP for OCD and Motivational Interviewing. Through collaborative and evidence-based practice, children, adolescents, and adults reach behavioral health solutions.
