As founder of Present Centered Therapies, I synthesize "what works" in therapy by integrating CBT, Gestalt Therapy, Meditation and Mindfulness, Imago and Emotionally Focused Couples therapy into an effective, multi-dimensional approach to personal growth and relationship healing. I also offer Life Transition Coaching and Dating Relationship Counseling.
