I fundamentally believe that if you do the work, you will get the insights you need to make the best choices for yourself.
My counselling approach integrates Person-Centered and Feminist, informed by aspects of Existential Therapy and Gestalt, therapies which allows me to value and encourage the spontaneous meaning making capacity of human beings and centers the rights of a person to explore and express their subjective experiences.
Through my unique style of offering therapeutic engagement, clinical competency, self-reflection, warmth and insight I help you examine, explore and identify the unique root causes that generate your painful life disturbances and support you to come to acceptance about who you are and how you show up in the world.
