Embodied Story Group
This 12-week psycho-educational group helps participants to explore how their unique story has shaped their view of self and others and how they show up in the “here and now” of their lives. Individuals will cultivate emotional and relational health in the areas of self-esteem, boundaries, reality, dependency, and moderation in a safe, group setting utilizing psychoeducation and process oriented activities. Choreography of Connection Couple’s Retreat
Stuck in the same cycle of disconnection? Having the same arguments over and over again? There is always an opportunity to learn a new dance. In this intensive retreat experience couples learn about the structure and nuances of how to have different conversations that invite healing and connection. Utilizing an integrated approach couples learn about how their past stories impact how they show up in the right now moments of life.
