I specialize in anxiety disorders, menopause issues, teen challenges, grief and loss. Life balance is what is the most important goal for me to help my clients achieve. I have extended experience with teens and families. I was the mental health therapist at Pasadena Christian School from 2016 - 2022. I worked with children and their families struggling with divorce, trauma, grief and general family issues. By integrating different modalities such as CBT and Solution Focused, exercises for inner child healing.
