Are you a parent or parent-to-be who feels like this is not what you thought it would be, and that there has to be a way to feel better? Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, issues related to pregnancy or parenting, self-esteem or relationship issues, I specialize in the unique issues of women. As a maternal metal health specialist, I am uniquely attuned to the challenges of parenting, pregnancy and fertility- including grief and loss as it relates to pregnancy and/or fertility. I have had extensive training to be able to offer help and comfort, and as a mom of 3, I have personal experience as well.
I am certified in perinatal mental health. Issues I can help with include perinatal depression or anxiety, parenting stress, parenting a child with special needs, relationship issues caused by pregnancy, parenting, miscarriage, feelings around abortion, traumatic birth experiences, rainbow babies, infertility, and grief/loss relating to pregnancy or child.
