I can provide you with a variety tools to free yourself from unhelpful thought and behavior patterns. I use research-supported techniques within a warm, transparent, and active therapeutic relationship. Specifically, my approach integrates mindfulness-based and cognitive-behavioral therapies within a neurobiological framework for understanding and optimizing wellness. I work with each client to increase awareness, acceptance, and compassion. My therapeutic style is open, authentic, and self-disclosing.
I work with adults and adolescents and I particularly enjoy helping with concerns around anxiety, stress and health concerns, life transitions, parenting, and relationships. I also love working with people who identify as neurodivergent in some way.
