I specialize in helping adults develop healthy self confidence, and live with more self esteem in life. Sometimes people might describe you as a "really nice person" or you might be feeling like a people pleaser. As a result it's common to struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, or relationships. Together we can explore some of the experiences in your life that are holding you back and learn new skills that will help you feel good about who you are, express your emotions in healthy ways, and find meaningful relationships.
I use an integrative body and mind approach which means we will explore the ways your thoughts, your body, and your emotions work together. I am trained in EMDR therapy which can be a great technique when other types of therapy aren't helping, and I specialize in anger management and learning how to use healthy assertive communication.
Sometimes it's difficult to reach out for help. Together we'll work to ensure you feel comfortable with the counseling process. We'll talk about what healing and growth looks like, and move at a pace that feels right to you. Living with self confidence is possible, and I would love to join you in that journey. Virtual Anger Management Group
Group therapy is a very effective way to deal with your anger. I facilitate a virtual anger management group for anyone living in the state of Colorado. This is a 12 week process that will help you understand the emotion of anger and transform the impact it's having on your life. You'll learn how to regulate the emotion of anger, and learn practical skills to deal with this behavior. You will learn how to effectively deal with conflict, how to repair your relationships, and how to effectively reduce the anger you experience on a regular basis.
