I have extensive experience working with college students, working professionals and individuals with serious chronic health challenges. I utilize a combination of psychotherapy, yoga therapy, and wellness skills training to effect positive outcomes.

While I am an out-of-network provider, I can submit claims to your insurance company to determine if you are elligible for reimbursement. I also have a limited number of sliding scale openings. Appointment times are flexible, and I would be happy to arrange appointments that suit your schedule.
