I enjoy working with a wide range of people struggling with many different issues, including relationship problems, anxiety, depression, grief, reactions to trauma, and child and adolescent problems, among other difficulties.
The first step in therapy is to help you develop insight into the underlying causes of your emotions. From a place of deep understanding, we can then work towards finding strategies to help you to cope with your current situation or make important changes in your life.
I have been trained in a number of different therapeutic modalities, therefore, I am able to adapt my therapy to individuals' needs. I value my clients' input and will work with you to develop an understanding of your difficulties as well as a plan for moving forward.
