Often my clients are dealing with depression and anxiety related to difficulty making decisions, are stuck in an unsatisfying job, or are feeling confused and uncertain about the next step in their life. My goal is to help you understand what you want and what's holding you back.
I help by exploring underlying resistance/barriers to accomplishing your goals. I help you face your fears by using a combination of CBT, to understand and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs, and EMDR which helps to work through and integrate important memories from your past to help you succeed.
