I have 7 years experience and specialized training to assist individuals struggling with pornography and out of control sexual behavior. I am also trained to use EMDR for clients struggling with trauma memories, PTSD, and panic attacks. I can assist clients in all other general mental health areas, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and conflict management.
I offer free 30 minute consultations over the phone or in my office.
My out of pocket rate is $120 for an hour of individual or a couples session. Many clients who self-pay also can get some reimbursement - the best thing to do in that case is to call your insurance company and ask if they will treat my services as out of network. I take cash, check, credit card, health savings account, Venmo, Cash App.
