Finding a therapist can be a daunting process. I applaud you for taking the steps toward your healing. Many of my clients are women who struggle with anxiety, inadequacy, and people pleasing. I focus a great deal on healing the trauma that leads to pain in your present life. My approach is not for you to simply talk about your trauma, but to actually heal from it. EMDR and IFS are two forms of therapy that I use that have been shown to create much more progress than basic talk therapy.
