I provide psychiatric medication management in Colorado and New Mexico and telehealth in other states. Do you want to reduce your anxiety, depression, guilt, anger, trauma, or obsessive behaviors that cause you and those close to you distress? I have doctoral degrees in psychology, medicine, and utilize the procedures to help you achieve the best quality of life. I want you to understand what the issues are and how to best deal with them. This process involves a team effort to help you reduce the emotional distress in your life. I work to increase your strengths so you can take back control of your life.
I specialize in helping you reduce anxiety, depression, guilt, anger, PTSD, and relationship issues. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents. I will utilize trauma therapy if we decide that it will be a good course of treatment for you. I use evidence based therapy so we can measure your actual progress and want you to see your progress.
I have worked with the U.S. Air Force, DOD, and VA. I am trained in clinical psychology and medicine and will help you sort out what is emotional and physical. I believe in education and provide tools for you to practice at home to speed up your progress. I provide psychiatric services and prescriptions for medication management. Now accepting new patients.
