My approach is to help you find practical, realistic, and sensible solutions to difficulties, taking into account your particular life circumstances.
The mental health treatment I provide is holistic which recognizes and addresses family, environment, and the interrelationship of mind and body in healthy living - as one part in distress affects another. Therapy is a process. I will offer tools and skills to help you better understand how you think and cope with emotional difficulties.
