Welcome to my profile! I am guessing you are wanting to learn more about my profile because you are struggling in your romantic and/or family-of-origin relationships. Stuck with the same arguments with no resolution? Then you've come to the right place! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's of Arts in Clinical Psychology. I am passionate about utilizing the Gottman Method Couple's Therapy approach and pull from various theories on attachment. In addition to my work with couples, I enjoy working with individual adults also struggling in relationships but would like a one-on-one focus.
During my time with individuals and/or couples, I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered, and family systems. For individuals and couples wanting to integrate mental health and Christianity, I can offer a faith-based perspective. I am also licensed in Idaho, Oregon and California and work mostly online to accommodate various schedules.
