It can feel overwhelming to handle it all, whether you are a stay at home mom in the throughs of toddlerhood or a homeschool mom trying to navigate health challenges for your family members or a career driven mom trying to balance it all. The one thing I’ve learned over the years is that if you aren’t taking care of yourself physically (your health), spiritually (having a faith practice), and relationally (making time for in person connections), life can feel a whole lot more challenging than it should.
