Creative Family Counseling and Coaching offers exceptional play therapy, counseling, and life coaching services for children (as young as 2), adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We’re passionate, culturally and spiritually sensitive therapists and life coaches who strive for excellence and integrity. Our approaches are eclectic: play therapy, sand tray, and expressive arts, as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused couples therapy, parent coaching, life coaching, and personal training.
Our therapists specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral problems, school issues, grief/loss, ADHD, trauma, self-harm and suicidal ideation, parenting concerns, working with diverse populations, and Christian counseling. Our life coaches help with sports performance, health and wellness, motivation, positive mindset, purpose life goals.
We want to help equip you with the skills and confidence demanded by life's concerns and challenges. All of our non-licensed therapists are under direction and clinical supervision. Our goal is for clients to experience freedom, live more fulfilling lives, nurture healthy relationships, and develop an increased awareness of God's purpose for their lives.
