I help clients by offering tangible solutions - ideas and techniques you can "take with you" from the appointment to use in between sessions for the quickest possible change in your circumstances. I work through a trauma-focused lens to offer the necessary knowledge and empathy for the healing journey through counseling, coaching, & optional use of my App.
