My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is mainly grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment theory, mindfulness-based therapy, and trauma informed therapy. I take an integrative approach to therapy and will fit my practice to best suit my client's needs.

My aim is to foster a safe environment, enabling my clients to comfortably explore past and present experiences. I believe that every individual is able to shift present patterns that are causing them difficulty, and I focus on supporting my clients to feel empowered to make changes in their lives.
