Are you experiencing issues that are impacting life satisfaction, decisions, career, and relationships? You may find yourself experiencing anything from a vague sense of un-ease about your life to an intensely felt anxiety, worry or depression. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic styles that serve to increase awareness and build new understandings so that change may be experienced within a supportive therapeutic relationship.

We explore family of origin dynamics and personal values to better understand patterns and ideas that have been beneficial versus those that are not currently serving the life you want to live. My collaborative style is grounded in mind-body awareness and warm, respectful consideration of the many factors that shape who you are today.

I do not accept insurance, however I can provide monthly receipts for you to submit to insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I see clients late afternoons and evenings Monday through Thursday. Rate: $165 per 50 minute session. Please email to schedule a complimentary phone consult or your first session.
