I believe therapy offers people an opportunity to gain a better understanding of who they are, where they've come from, who they'd like to be, & where they'd like to go. As a therapist, I believe the most important part of the human experience is feeling comfortable in your own skin and feeling in control of your own life. In my role as a therapist, I work hard to create a warm and inviting environment in which all thoughts, feelings, hopes, and dreams are accepted. There are no wrong answers or wrong feelings in my office. I specialize in anxiety disorders, marital distress, relationship issues, & I offer a unique insight into pre/postpartum issues; fertility; & loss.
