My areas of expertise are adolescents and adults working on feelings of anxiety, depression, and mood regulation due to traumatic experiences, life stage transitions, and difficulty with primary support systems (family, friends, etc). I also work with couples and families on building family intimacy, structure, and communication skills.

My approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach.
