Does addiction and/or OCD impede what you want? We know that a life is tough to manage. It is isolating, scary, full of doubt , embarrassing, and confusing for others to understand why you just, "can't stop". We know you are having a hard time resisting the compulsions to appease OCD. Often, OCD spirals suffers into addiction. There is a way out. Together, our team will explore reducing your suffering of OCD and addiction and focus on what's important.
We offer specialized treatment with ALL of the OCD subtypes, even the ones that you are afraid to talk about. Our team knows anxiety and OCD holds no bounds. With a team of highly trained clinicians who also have lived experience, we can help you navigate even the most difficult exposures. We are used to working collaboratively with other therapists too.
We can help you explore fears & negative coping strategies, from individual therapy to intensive programs. We use evidenced-based practices to help you create new habits and get unstuck so you can focus on what's important. We have addiction specialist who deeply understand the cycles and coping with addiction and OCD.

OCD Treatment Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

We offer a 2-week VIRTUAL Adult OCD Intensive-Outpatient Program (IOP) to have more frequent and concentrated treatment for those who are currently in OCD treatment with a therapist. A Bootcamp stye of intensity can often give you the kickstart you need. There are always sacrifice’s, and this 2 week Bootcamp Style program of IOP may allow for you to attend with little disruption to life. Extended lunch, partial leave from work, specific dates and times you can carve out of your schedule to focus on you. Cost $1,875, payment plans available. Available to Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming

NEW Teen OCD Group Starting 1/11/23 meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month @5p MST. An OCD specific TEEN group. We know how hard teens struggle with all the changes in their lives. Throw in OCD and you've got one, big, lonely, confusing mess. Come learn ERP skills to combat OCD, learn to use mindfulness without compulsions, and be surrounded by those who understand your experience and struggles with OCD. This group is online and is for any type of OCD theme or subtype. This group can serve CO and MT
