I also provide, upon request, faith-based, spiritual, and/or non-theistic counseling.
I love to work with adults, couples, and families to encourage fresh insights and approaches to problem-solving. I utilize Holistic practices such as: meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, Eastern approaches, EFT, etc.. And I practice Psychodynamic therapy, a deep approach to understanding how current issues stem from early childhood dynamics.
