I provide support on significant decisions to assist in managing daily stressors. My primary purpose is to move you toward your personal and professional goals by helping you identify and remove barriers hindering goal achievement. I am Trauma Focused trained and work primarily from a CBT approach. I am happy to help with professional development also.
We provide continuing education workshops, retreats, and supervision to professionals. An accountable kindred spirit is provided to colleagues so they may practice their calling, do what they love, and be intentional about self-care.

Beating Burnout for Healers and Helpers
This six weeks outdoor therapeutic self-care retreat group focuses on beating burnout and managing stressors. It incorporates Practices to: Support those needing to regain healing and be better able to serve others; discover clarity and relaxation to sustain doing effective work; prevent burnout and empower self to Achieve and do more in life. Included in your registration: Assessment, Workbook; supplies; techniques to manage your workload; strategies to prevent burnout and reach your professional and personal goals; practical Tools to leave you Recharged, Refocused, and Reignited from burnout.
