I have an integrative, eclectic approach to therapy. I am influenced by traditional modalities, mainly Gestalt, Relational, and Cognitive Behavioral theorists, as well as Post-Modern, Narrative, Spiritual, and Mindfulness-based psychotherapy. My work with clients is active and engaged with an intention of fostering both growth and healing.
My special areas of interest are anxiety and/or depression; young adults and teens experiencing phase of life/transitional difficulties; new parents navigating their shifting roles and relationships. If we create the space to explore our inner-worlds and personal narratives, I believe the awareness, insight and personal growth gained can be life changing.
