As psychotherapist, coach, and career counselor, I'm committed to helping you find wholeness through cognitive, insight-oriented, behavioral, mind-body and mindfulness approaches. I have worked for over three decades assisting clients with both the practical and emotional issues change often requires. I have an MA in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University; certification in Psychosynthesis from The Concord Institute; and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard. Whenever useful, I use creative approaches to evoke insight and action, such as visualizations, collages and poetry. I'm a published poet and fiber artist.
