I work with individuals who are interested in personal growth as well as people who need assistance navigating the struggles of our stressful world. I also work with people in psychedelic preparation and integration and now offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. My goal is to help you be the best version of yourself. We work together to get to the heart of what is causing you pain or making you feel stuck. Therapy can help you find your blind spots. I provide support as you work through your struggles. Sometimes having someone simply listen can be extremely healing.
I am integrative in my approach to therapy. I tailor therapy to your needs. I specialize in mindfulness. I also have extensive experience working through trauma. I do lots of work with family of origin issues and have expertise in addiction and recovery. Additionally, I try to uncover how your family history may live in your psychological pain.
