I enjoy working with people to bridge the communication gaps to improve relationships and help people express their needs and to love themselves and others. I follow the parenting model of Positive Discipline and I have specific training in Trauma Focused CBT and Motivational interviewing.
I have experience and training working with children, families and individual exposed to Trauma, domestic violence, parenting issues and provide in home parent coaching and parenting classes. I also enjoy and specialize in the 0-5 population because social and emotional healthy is just as important as physical health.
