I have helped families, men, women, and children work through all kinds of issues, including anger, anxiety and depression. I have an eclectic approach, tailoring our work to suit your needs- working on healing and/ or changing behavior. I am outgoing, directive and we get results. I’m a general counselor that works on current problems and/or old stuff. I have a no non-sense approach, I am very open. If you have insurance I can give you a super bill and your insurance may reimburse you. My Associate, Eric Burke, is available online and he is experienced in working with teens and adults and is amazing.
I was a school therapist for 6 years, worked in the domestic violence field for 12 years and was a Clinical Counseling Director for four years. I’ve been in private practice helping people and have taught dozens of therapists over many years. I like making progress and having fun doing it.
