I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families through art therapy because of the impact of art-making on my life and wellness. In my practice, I aim to offer a glimpse of hope for struggling families and help guide them towards practices and patterns that bring light to their lives. I aim to create a safe, accepting, and supportive space for all of my clients; especially those that find it difficult to talk about certain feelings and experiences.
I am a Maryland-licensed and board-certified art therapist and professional counselor. Art Therapy is a combination of talk and art-making used to build self-awareness and process experiences and feelings. I use a variety of art, books, games, and conversation to guide children, adolescents, and their families toward their goals.
I aim to make therapy an engaging and client-centered experience. Together we can use creative means to bring a sense of balance and empowerment.

We provide counseling services across the lifespan – children, adolescents, adults, as well as the family unit. Our office is located in southern Frederick County; off of Route 70 and 270 interstate. Our office is conveniently located to serve Frederick and Montgomery County, but serves people throughout Maryland via telehealth. The calm and quiet atmosphere is a healing environment with over 3,000 sq feet of tranquil space. Our designated Play Therapy room is ideal for children and adults alike.
