It’s hard out there right now, isn’t it?
If you feel lost, like the world around isn't made to fit you, or you're simply seeking a place where you feel safe, respected, and affirmed, then you have drifted to the right shore. Therapy can be many things; a calm port in a wild storm, a place to challenge yourself to grow, a mirror to reflect in- but, most importantly, we will work together to make it what you need it to be. I firmly believe that all humans are wired to grow and heal; sometimes, when things get harder, we just need a little help along the way!
As a trans and queer woman, as well as late diagnosed neurodiverse, my various identities help me stay culturally informed, culturally sensitive, and committed to practicing in a safe and inclusive way. Especially for my queer and trans clients, my own lived experiences means you won’t have to do the job of educating me on the basics!
Sessions are built around what you want, not to fit some theoretical framework of how things “should work”. We’ll work together to clarify your values, develop self-awareness, and build tools that support your growth. You’re the expert in your life — I’m here to walk beside you.
